designed for handling manifolds of needles.
Manifold are routinely removed from the injection machine
for servicing; including cleaning,
needle inspection,
and replacement.
The MSA is a modernized gear to perform repairs
and service to a manifold
with hundreds of needles,
making it ready for reinstallation on the injection machine.
The MSA is designed to connect with the MF384 manifold.
Versatility
When a manifold is attached to the MSA
the needle matrix can be rotated in 360 degrees
for inspection of damaged needles
that might cause treatment defects.
