The Universal Rack System is a mobile rack made of 304 stainless and designed for mass production handling and freezing of tuna products. Universal racks are available in compact knock-down packages to accommodate shipping.
The rack is coined “Universal” because it is designed to nest V – trays, flat trays, or a combination of both.
1. V – trays: 10 units of V – trays can be fitted lengthwise in slots on the rack with a capacity of 500 pounds of loins.
2. Flat trays: 34 flat trays can be inserted widthwise in rack slots, with a capacity of 544 pounds of finished products (Saku, steaks, poke, ground meat, etc.).
3. V – trays & flat trays: A combination of V – trays and flat trays can be combined on one rack supporting multiproduct production.
